Refund Policy

We want you to enroll in the Green and Gold Real Estate Academy program with confidence. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

14 day refund

If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and have completed less than 20% of the Program content, we will refund your payment in full to your original payment method.

When a refund is not available

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Accounts that have completed more than 20% of the Program content.
• Accounts removed from the Program for breaking our Terms of Service, such as sharing Program content.

Pay over time purchases

If you used a pay over time option, an approved refund cancels your remaining scheduled payments and refunds the amounts you already paid. Any agreement with a third party financing provider is handled under that provider's terms.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your full name, the email you used to enroll, and your order details. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription or payment plan

To cancel future payments, email [email protected] before your next billing date.
