Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Green and Gold Real Estate Academy coaching program (the "Program"), operated by Green and Gold Enterprise ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling or using the Program you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

The Program is an education and coaching service about real estate investing. It includes on demand video lessons, weekly live group coaching calls, deal analysis templates and calculators, a private member community and a 1:1 onboarding call. Access lasts 12 months from the date of enrollment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Access is for one person and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on our website and at checkout in US dollars. You may pay in full or, where offered, choose a pay over time option at checkout. Pay over time options are provided by third party payment providers under their own terms. If a scheduled payment fails, access may be paused until the balance is brought current.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Education only, no guarantee of results

The Program is for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or real estate brokerage services, and nothing in the Program is advice for your specific situation. Real estate investing involves risk, including the possible loss of money. We do not guarantee any income, profit, property purchase or other outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, finances, market conditions and decisions. Talk with a licensed professional before making any investment decision.

6. Intellectual property

All Program content, including videos, templates, worksheets and call recordings, is owned by Green and Gold Enterprise or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning. You may not copy, record, distribute, sell or publish it without our written permission.

7. Community conduct

Treat other members and coaches with respect. We may remove anyone from the community or live calls, without a refund, for harassment, spam, sharing Program content, soliciting members, or illegal activity.

8. Third party services

We may refer to or work alongside third parties such as lenders, agents, inspectors or software tools. Those parties are independent of us, and any agreement you make with them is between you and them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Green and Gold Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

10. Changes

We may update the Program content and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
